KEY environmental issues - PROBLEMS & NEEDS

after research to post the main key environmental issues

issues: Global warming, change in hunting practices because of changed animal behaviour patterns, thin ice = drownings, Pollution ( waste/ litter/toxic/ possible oil ), permafrost dont allow for cultivation of produce, mining - locals not skilled for jobs, fish less , dogs left on own (too expensive to feed), NW passage effect on environment(future), changing sea currents, rising sea level (more land erosion, salination of fresh water)

problems: cost to remove waste from Nunavut(all products brought into nunvaut in packaging but why recycle if they dont manufacture anything in Nunvaut), waste dumps & burning with toxins going into ground & sea , no SPCA & scarce veterinary service , no natural soil fertilizers,

needs: low carbon emission incinerators (burners) , recycling programs ( paper/ tin/glass/plastic / mercury containing light bulbs/ batteries - but what do they do with it then...?) , recycled art, tin compressors, sustainable & fresh food sources,

solution: recycling & art programmes @ schools & homes (must preferably have a financial reward), food waste worm bins to provide fertilized soil , greenhouse for producing fresh foods, aquaculture farms (fishfarms), Adopt a husky, oil clean-up plans to be finalised, research help with "message in a bottle" project (yeps put paper with co-ordinates & contact details in + a personal message to person who finds it, ask to report the position where found)
